• The improvement of the business capabilities of the creators, developers and managers of Business Areas and Industrial Parks (AEPIs) through the exchange of experiences and international good practices.

• A more proactive role of the AEPIs managers in the areas of prevention of environmental risks, sustanaible development, innovation in management, knowledge and entrepreneurship. Promotion of the regional appeal.

• The formulation of new models of development for AEPIs and the promotion of demonstration projects. New ways of understanding urban development. Development of business areas of common use (residencial-business-social).

• The promotion of an internacional network of managers aimed to the development of areas related to economic activities and to the promotion of interregional cooperation projects.
